Reporting to the Plant Manager at our St. Elmo, IL manufacturing facility, a local producer of Mrs. Butterworth's and Log Cabin syrup, Wish-Bone and Bernstein's salad dressings, Open Pit and Hunt's barbeque sauces, and Orville Redenbacher Popcorn Topper, you will direct the Supply Chain functions of Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehousing, and Transportation. You will serve as a liaison between the plant and corporate logistics, customer service, manufacturing platforms, and related brand and business teams, communicating and resolving issues related to service, scheduling, and deployment. Additionally, you will act as a Supply Chain liaison between our organization and customers.
How Will You Affect Our Business?
- Understand the end-to-end Supply Chain for us and our customers
- Embrace disciplined curiosity to challenge the status quo and seek continuous improvement in Supply Chain practices
- Guide a Supply Chain agenda with retail strategic customers
- Lead customer interactions with leaders in Customer Replenishment, Supply Chain Services, Transportation, and Warehouse Operations
- Enhance Supply Chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiencies
- Manage Conagra's customer efficiency policies and programs
- Manage supplier performance scorecards and indicators, providing development assistance
- Analyze logistical deductions and nuisance fees
- Provide leadership to address Supply Chain opportunities and collaborative efficiencies
- Perform periodic Supply Chain business reviews with internal and external customers
- Support Conagra Brands Sales teams in increasing sales and improving profitability
- Lead and facilitate demand planning activities for major events, transitions, new, and discontinued items
- Analyze materials management data to support production plans using JIT principles
- Participate in Plant Staff and Startup Meetings
- Participate in Manufacturing Excellence activities
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations Planning
- Experience with material management systems, Supply Scheduling, SAP production planning, and WMS
- APICS Certification
- Project Management Experience

Compensation:
Pay Range: $81,000 - $118,000
The annual salary listed is the expected offering; actual salary will depend on location, experience, skillset, and internal equity. Conagra Brands complies with applicable laws regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
