The position will be an integral member of the new International Customer Service (ICS) function by coordinating the administrative documentation and shipment logistics for all Commercial and Non-commercial order management processes for SWR products and product samples shipped internationally. The ICS manager will work closely with the ICS leader to create and manage master data, order creation/management thru order fulfillment, and customer communication regarding order status and delivery. This role will support in providing key customer and shipment information to the transportation group to ensure readiness for transportation execution to meet customer delivery. They will also be responsible to utilize and update appropriate tools (Loops, etc.).

**Key accountabilities**

* 35% of the time - Support the Influenza and Manage product lines in the coordination of:

+ The commercial export of Fluzone, Menactra, and MenQuadfi, ACEL EU

+ The non-commercial international export of samples to Heathy Authorities (OMCLs) for registration or lot release testing.

+ The non-commercial or commercial export of international clinical samples.

+ Coordinate with Taylor DC on setting up shipments for international commercial exports.

+ Support the maintenance of Menig and Fluzone lot trackers to identify batches ready for shipment

* 35% of the time - Support the Warehouse & Logistics department on the end-to-end management of commercial (ACEL EU, Praluent, Menquad EU) and non-commercial process export shipping requests, and the import of intermediates and raw materials.

+ Coordinate with the requestor to ensure accurate completion of Sharepoint request and all supporting documentation including permit requirements, financial setup, identification of required forms.

+ Initiate and manage shipment booking process with associated freight forwarder/courier/broker

+ Provides resolution of issues with the request (i.e. shipping issues)

+ Handoff of hardcoded/digital copies of order documents to logistic technicians

* 20% of the time:

+ Creation of financial flows and customer accounts in SAP

+ Timely completion of MM forms and ILVFs.

+ Monitoring the end to end flows from lot release to shipment to the customer

+ Participate with SCBPs and affiliates for direct to customer international orders

* 10% of the time:

+ Support the Materials Management Compliance initiatives as needed.

**CONTEXT OF THE JOB/MAJOR CHALLENGES**

This position will lead the current Fluzone campaign NH and SH campaigns responsible for over $1.5B in annual revenue for Sanofi. They will work closely with Fluzone Supply Chain leader on the transfer of current campaign plans and align the VIA SWT sites and CMOs on the production and supply plans. This position will be responsible to monitor production actuals vs. plans throughout the campaign and escalate any challenges or advancement to senior leadership across the organization.

**DIMENSIONS/SCOPE**

The international business will be the primary growth sector for the Meninge franchise over the next 5-10 years as we license Menquadfi in numerous international markets. Planned growth will more than triple sales from $250 mm in 2022 to $750+ mm in 2030. The Flu franchise will also grow significantly as we expect International Flu (Fluzone HD/Efluelda sales) to increase from $ 900 mm to $ 1.6B over the next 3 years. This represents 44% of the Flu growth strategy to achieve over $ 3.5 B in sales goals

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**

* Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2+ yrs. OR Associate's degree with a minimum of 4+ years relevant professional experience in a Customer service environment with international logistics experience and proficiency in GMP Quality Systems (Change Controls, CAPAs, Deviations/Events, Document Lifecycle, etc.)

* Solid working knowledge of SAP required.

* Excellent communication skills with all levels in the company.

* Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
