Job Title: Manager, SQP Systems

Job Summary: This role supports the maintenance and structure of EHS related systems and data, acting as liaison with system suppliers, supporting internal users, overseeing reports, and coordinating with other departments. Extensive training will be provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support EHS Enterprise database (KPA Flex platform): manage user profiles, resolve issues, work with suppliers, prepare reports, coordinate with internal groups, develop knowledge management protocols.
• Support Fleet Management Systems: coordinate needs, provide training, maintain scorecards, assist with compliance monitoring.
• Travel may be required.
• Provide administrative support and maintain SQP information on internal platforms.

Qualifications:

• B.A. / B.S. or equivalent experience.
• Independent self-starter with 3+ years' experience in database management, safety, risk, or construction management.
• Understanding of statistics, KPIs, and business processes.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to learn and experience with EHS software and MS Office 365 tools is desirable.
