The Global Sourcing team supports key categories of goods and services across Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), including Technology, Professional Services, Corporate Services/Facilities, Travel, Marketing, Production, and Content Distribution. The Sourcing Manager will support Marketing Content Distribution projects and work cross-functionally as a trusted advisor to drive value, cost savings, process improvements, and supplier excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in each aspect of the end-to-end source-to-contract process, including opportunity identification, spend baselining, RFx, contract negotiation and renewals, financial review, and supplier management. The candidate must have an agile mindset and demonstrate fairness, inclusivity, transparency, and accountability. • Sourcing: Develop and lead sourcing strategies for procurement of Marketing and Content Distribution (localization and distribution of TV and film content).
• Business Intelligence: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities from new products or market shifts, and conduct benchmarking. Leverage industry associations, peers, and stakeholders to adopt best practices.
• Spend Analytics: Analyze spend data to identify trends and opportunities for value creation. Maintain data accuracy and usefulness for business intelligence.
• eRFx: Manage RFx processes using bid management platforms, support bid evaluation, and make data-driven supplier selection recommendations.
• Negotiations: Develop negotiation strategies, lead negotiations, draft contracts including scope of work and SLAs, and coordinate with legal and other departments.
• Savings Valuation: Quantify baseline value, negotiation impact, and total cost of ownership changes.
• Trusted Advisor: Build relationships with internal stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, and present business cases and cost/benefit analyses.
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, monitor agreement expirations, evaluate performance, and lead supplier reviews.
• Agile: Continuously improve sourcing processes, reduce cycle times, and collaborate effectively with partners and suppliers.

• 4-6 years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience.
• Experience negotiating domestic and international agreements.
• Proven track record of delivering value in large, complex organizations.
• Preferred experience in Media, Entertainment, or Technology sectors.
• Familiarity with relevant sourcing categories is advantageous.
• Self-starter with proactive work ethic.
• Interest in movies, television, entertainment, and media.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or Business preferred.
• CPM/CPSM or similar certifications are a plus but not required.

The salary range is $107,200 - $134,000, with potential incentives and benefits. Actual compensation depends on experience, education, and location.
