Overview

As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you would oversee integrations with advertisers, exchanges, and ecosystem partners using InMobi's products to develop innovative solutions and overcome technical obstacles presented by customers. You would be responsible for guaranteeing the technical aspects of the assigned integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary requirements and technical guidance. You will actively shape the business with your technical expertise, customer focus, and passion using InMobi advertising solutions.

This role is in-person and on-site in our New York, NY office and is not open to remote locations.

Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with advertisers, DSPs, and internal teams to provide technical guidance pre- and post-sales.
  • Drive adoption of our audiences, curation partners and reseller platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in programmatic deals, ensuring smooth campaign delivery.
  • Act as the technical liaison between Regional Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
  • Manage customer product integrations and deployments across multiple stakeholders.
  • Translate advertiser and market feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Stay on top of programmatic ecosystem trends to be a trusted advisor for clients and partners.
Experience / Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in ad tech or digital advertising, with deep knowledge of programmatic supply & demand ecosystems.
  • 5+ years in a client-facing technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical account management).
  • Strong understanding of private marketplace deals, programmatic direct, DSPs, and deal troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with audience management, data onboarding and data clean rooms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clear outcomes.
  • Passion for customer success, with proven ability to balance technical depth and business impact.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data flows, and basic querying (SQL, scripting) to support debugging and solutioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role is $200,000 USD to $242,250 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This range applies to our offices located in California and New York. Our ranges may vary based on final location and region.

In addition to cash compensation, eligible employees may receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). We grant InMobians relevant company stock(s) as part of compensation to align interests with the company's growth.
