Manager Shuttle Services - UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital : Job Details

The Manager of Shuttle Services is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and daily operations of UCSFs shuttle infrastructure. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services while aligning operations with institutional goals, compliance requirements, and long-term sustainability objectives. Develop and execute short- and long-range shuttle strategies in alignment with UCSFs institutional goals, including access equity, sustainability, and campus growth. Spearhead deployment of modernized shuttle systems and digital solutions. Optimize service delivery and data reporting through innovation. Ensure seamless and equitable services across multiple sites, including Parnassus, Mission Bay, Mount Zion, and satellite locations. Ensure compliance with ADA, life safety, UC policies, audit standards, and environmental regulations.
