We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Manager, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to join our team. This individual will primarily oversee a globally-based team for the preparation and documentation of equity workstreams including the recording of stock-based compensation expense. Additionally, they will assist in the research and documentation of accounting policy and complex accounting issues. This candidate will have significant responsibility with equity accounting and stock-based compensation in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( US GAAP ). The ideal candidate will have been exposed to complex accounting areas, specifically stock based compensation, and financial reporting.
This position will be a hands-on role and the individual will be responsible for supporting monthly deadlines, quarterly reviews, and the annual audit, as well as, researching, interpreting, and implementing new accounting standards. Additionally, this individual will innovate and drive efficiencies through continual evaluation of our systems and business processes. You will report to the Senior Manager, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, and have exposure to our Equity Team and Senior Finance Leadership team. In this role, you will be expected to be a key contributor as we continue to expand our SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting function.
What You'll DoFor candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $122,700 and $136,300/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $136,300 and $151,400/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
