Title and Summary

Manager, Solutions Consulting - Cybersecurity & Risk Management

As a member of the Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions Consulting team, you will be responsible for owning and managing all technical aspects of the pre-sales process for assigned territories. You will work closely with our Sales team to identify sales opportunities and determine appropriate strategies based on prospect requirements. As a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, you will demonstrate a high degree of sales acumen by leading complex product demonstrations, managing RFP/RFI responses, and owning the technical validation process (including proof of concept engagements) with the goal of exceeding territory sales quotas.

Your mission is to support sales efforts by providing subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Risk Management and Cyber Threat Intelligence solutions, specifically focusing on how Mastercard's solutions can help clients improve their enterprise risk management programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary technical sales support for US commercial and government organizations (federal, state, local).
  • Demonstrate mastery of consultative selling and support sales with complex product demos, technical Q&A, and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Own all technical interactions with prospects and lead technical validation processes, including Proof of Concept engagements.
  • Provide product training online or in person to support sales and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
  • Respond to customer issues, coordinate escalations, and communicate resolutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales teams to align prospect engagement with sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer-facing tools, documentation, and training materials.
  • Key Skills and Background
    • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
    • Self-starter with passion for technology and initiative to ramp quickly.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
    • Understanding of IP networking and information security principles.
    • Experience in third-party risk management or consulting is highly preferred.
    • Knowledge of cyber risk management and cybersecurity technologies.
    • Experience with solution selling principles and building client confidence.
    • Strong client relationship skills and extensive communication with others.
    Experience and Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales roles.
    • Background in IT, information security, or third-party vendor risk management.
    • Experience with cyber threat intelligence or exposure management solutions is a plus.
    • Experience in a high-growth company environment.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.

    Travel: Up to 25%.
