Ansell is looking for a Manager, Sales Compensation to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 U.S. Dollars per year

Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

In this position you will play a vital role in sales compensation and reporting needs of North America in the Sales Enablement & Commercial Analytics teams. This role is responsible for maintaining the core data needs and supporting Sales compensation administration.

What your role will be?

  • Design and manage sales incentive and compensation plans that align with business goals and drive performance.

  • Analyze sales data to ensure accurate, timely compensation payouts for a sales force of ~200 across multiple teams.

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to shape incentive strategies that motivate and reward desired behaviors.

  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and financial analysis to support decision-making and improve compensation effectiveness.

  • Maintain and enhance compensation tracking tools, collaborating with offshore IT and analytics teams.

  • Lead a team of up to 3 (onshore/offshore), ensuring high-quality outputs and supporting professional development.

  • Own the SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) roster, targets, accruals, and financial modeling tied to budgets and forecasts.

  • Implement quality control processes to validate sales data and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Act as the go-to contact for compensation-related questions, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and SOPs for all compensation plans and changes.

  • Provide training to new hires and sales teams on compensation processes and tools.

  • Contribute to system enhancements and enterprise reporting improvements for better SIP visibility.

  • Support broader business reviews and cross-functional initiatives involving finance, marketing, and pricing teams.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Engineering, MIS, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or sales analytics.

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex data sets.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to support and communicate effectively with sales teams.

  • Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, QlikView, Alteryx); SQL or similar scripting preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
