Description

The Manager, Revenue Accounting ensures accurate revenue recognition, manages monthly adjustments, and prepares detailed revenue reports. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and reconciling revenue accounts monthly.
• Managing monthly revenue adjustment processes.
• Preparing revenue reports for the CFO and Executive Team.
• Troubleshooting complex billing and revenue issues.
• Guiding project administrators and billers.
• Testing system updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborating with business leaders to resolve discrepancies.

This position is vital for strategic decision-making and maintaining the organization's financial integrity. It is a hybrid role with our New York office or any of our offices and it will report to the Senior Vice President Project Accounting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience with financial systems (MS Dynamics365 F&O and PowerBI a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Experience with a professional services organization preferred.
• Collaborative and proactive team player.

The current salary range for this position is $94,000 to $120,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
