Manager Respiratory Therapy - Roper Hospital - Roper St. Francis Healthcare : Job Details

Directs and manages the operation, patient and physician satisfaction, staff engagement, profitability, and clinical outcomes of assigned inpatient and outpatient departments. Responsible for facilitating the planning, organization, implementation, and control of the resources for optimal performance of the departments in coordination with the Director of Respiratory Therapy and Sleep Services, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Medical Officer. Accountable for delivery of high-quality care and the administrative management of the department on a 24-hour basis. Minimum Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an AMA approved respiratory care program with sufficient college credits to be registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Bachelors Degree in a related field. If candidate does not have a bachelors degree in a related field, it must be completed within three (3) years of hire/transfer date.
