HollyFrontier Corporation is seeking a Manager - Refinery Accounting in Anacortes, WA.

Oversee and direct aspects of the accounts department such as Accounts Receivable/Payable, Operations, Yield, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Movements and Inventory, Crude Oil Accounting, or Refinery Accounting. Assist in developing Sarbanes Oxley and other compliance procedures. Ensure accurate tracking and recording of data. Develop reports for plant management, analyze variances, review inventories, manage project and general accounting, and implement yield accounting systems. Ensure inventory measurement processes comply with API standards. Provide information for refinery accounting issues to auditors. Define and guide refinery transaction processes, maintain shipper reports, ensure timely vendor payments, and support Sarbanes Oxley reporting. Assist with SAP consolidations and closures. Formulate and administer refinery accounting policies, oversee expense control, budgeting, and waste reduction.

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in accounting or a related role, with leadership experience overseeing senior associates. Knowledge of GAAP, accounting laws, pronouncements, complex accounting programs, and advanced mathematical calculations related to financial reporting is required.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.

Supervises five (5) employees.

Salary Range: The position offers a salary minimum of $122,400, a midpoint of $117,400, and a maximum of $222,400. Salary offers may vary based on education, training, or experience.
