This range represents the full earning potential for the role, including opportunities for salary growth over time based on performance, tenure, and organizational budget. The anticipated hiring range is $80,000 - $105,529. Salaries for new employees are generally capped at 105% of the midpoint ($105,529) to allow for growth. Consideration of experience includes relevant work and total working experience, including internships, part-time work, and consulting. Primary responsibilities include:
Implementing programmatic services:- Leading projects such as professional learning content development, implementation with systems, coaching, etc.
- Serving as a content area expert and supporting team members' expertise development.
- Holding roles like Coach Developer, Instructional Designer, or Project Lead as needed.
- Managing project plans and identifying support needs.
- Maintaining organizational systems and positive relationships with partners.
- Supporting contract renewals and business development.
Designing high-quality, research-based professional learning content:- Creating materials, engaging in user-centered design, and adhering to branding guidelines.
Project management as a Project Lead (if applicable):- Implementing project plans, supervising consultants, tracking scopes of work, and managing contracts and invoices.
Providing vision and oversight of direct reports (if applicable):- Modeling management competencies, coaching, monitoring workloads, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
Engaging in cross-functional collaboration:- Working with teams to refine content, develop partnerships, and improve evaluation processes.
Engaging in continuous learning:- Staying current with research, building skills, and delivering training to colleagues.
Performing other duties as assigned.STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES AND KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS (KSIs)
- The Manager, Program is accountable for achieving goals aligned with annual and key success indicators, including modeling organizational values and commitments.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Education, Work Experience, and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in PK-2 education, including teaching and working with underserved populations
- Experience managing partnerships and projects
- Deep knowledge of College- and Career-Ready standards in math or ELA
- Experience designing and facilitating professional learning for educators

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree
- Deep curriculum knowledge and experience in consultative professional learning support
