Manager, Production Planning & Control

Location: Onsite – Columbus, Ohio

This is a full-time, onsite position in Columbus, OH. Candidates must be U.S. —no visa sponsorship or transfers will be considered.

In this role, you will manage two production schedulers and apply your SAP S/4HANA expertise to streamline planning, reduce costs, and support long-term business growth.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship (required)
• Onsite presence in Columbus, OH (required)
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA production planning experience
• 5+ years of management or team leadership experience ()

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MRP, routings, work centers, master data, EWM, and SAP Fiori
• Strong analytical, communication, and change management abilities
• Able to work in both office and plant environments; occasional after-hours support as needed
