OverviewThe Business&Market Insights team is seeking a Manager to drive operational excellence and governance across our product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling product teams to deliver with clarity, consistency, and accountability. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and adept at managing cross-functional initiatives that support strategic product outcomes.RoleIn this role, you will:• Own and manage the centralized product roadmap and catalog, ensuring data hygiene and alignment across teams.• Lead the coordination and delivery of key corporate commitments, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), town halls, and executive communications.• Govern and optimize product council and studio processes, ensuring adherence to frameworks and decision-making protocols.• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain dashboards that track product health, availability, and performance.• Maintain consistent and accessible product documentation to support transparency and institutional knowledge.• Support internal communications and engagement strategies that promote alignment and visibility across product teams.• Champion operational best practices and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.All About You• Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for process improvement and governance.•Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.• Be comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.• Have experience with product operations, program management, or business administration in a technology-driven organization.• Be proficient in using data and dashboards to inform decisions and track progress.• Bring a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
