Main commodity support is poultry, working with other commodities on an as needed basis for US and Canada. Lead end to end commercialization process for innovation, renovation and spec management for all poultry products. Perform yield studies of raw and cooked products. Participate in sensory and physical evaluations, internally and with labs, to ensure product meets specifications. Assist in central location testing for new and existing products. Lead research, testing, and evaluation of new ingredients or other technology, ensuring product specifications are met. Develop and maintain process management spec match requests in partnership with third party Supply Chain. Ability to support successful product launches in a rapidly changing environment. Work closely with plant manufacturers to ensure scale-up and product production is a match to gold standard samples.
