Summary/Objective
The Manager, Process Improvement will lead efforts to enhance organizational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness through the development, implementation, and management of advanced process improvement strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and a background in industrial, or systems engineering to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position often requires overtime.
Travel
Up to 25% travel to other sites outside the primary location.
