Manager - Plant - 2 - Airgas, Inc : Job Details

You will manage the cylinder fill plant to ensure timely distribution of product to customers and branches, and will train and develop assigned personnel. Lead the deployment of Organizational Solutions. Lead the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data. Produce internal presentations, reports, and workshop materials. Contextualize organizational concepts to enable internal clients understanding of general concepts within their specific organizational contexts. Are you a MATCH? Associates Degree (A. A. or A. S) or equivalent and minimum of five (5) years industry related experience and/or training is required. At least 5 years of supervisory experience is required. Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
