The Team The Manager of Premises Security will play a critical role in the oversight and management of the firm's global physical security systems, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and proactive approach to workplace safety and asset protection. This role manages all aspects of electronic security infrastructure including CCTV systems and access control, leads the installation of new security systems, and ensures alignment with corporate health and safety standards. Proficiency with LenelS2 security systems is essential. How you will contribute Global Physical Security Oversight
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and ongoing management of physical security systems across all global office locations.
  • Ensure the firm's physical security standards are consistent, scalable, and compliant with local regulations and internal protocols.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate, HR, IT, Legal, and local office managers to ensure comprehensive coverage and security support.
  • Collaborate with security vendor as necessary for any service or support.
CCTV & Access Control Administration
  • Serve as the system administrator for the firm's CCTV and access control platforms, with primary responsibility for LenelS2.
  • Maintain user access levels, monitor system performance, and ensure all equipment is functioning effectively and securely.
  • Coordinate regular output trend reporting / audits of access logs and camera coverage to ensure adherence to internal policies.
System Monitoring & Response
  • Review real-time security system dashboards and alerts to identify and respond to unusual or critical activity.
  • Ensure all alerts are investigated and resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Maintain reporting protocols and escalate concerns to leadership and security partners as needed.
New Office Security Installations
  • Lead the planning, procurement, and deployment of physical security infrastructure in new office locations.
  • Ensure installations meet firmwide standards and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders during implementation.
Training & Compliance Management
  • Develop and maintain global training programs for local security leads, facilities teams, and office staff.
  • Ensure training programs are standardized and that records of completion and compliance are up to date.
  • Track regional and global compliance with physical security procedures and access protocols.
Health & Safety Collaboration
  • Support broader health and safety initiatives, ensuring security systems and practices are integrated into emergency response and safety plans.
  • Partner with Health & Safety leads on evacuation protocols, incident response drills, and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate security operations or facilities management.
  • Hands-on experience with LenelS2 security systems is required.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement security systems across multiple global locations.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV technologies, access control, and physical security risk mitigation.
  • Experience in vendor and project management, especially for system installations and upgrades.
  • Working knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment as well as lead a small team.

The salary range is $85,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
