Manager-Performance Improvement - University of Mississippi Medical Center : Job Details

To plan, direct, and manage the collection, analysis, and dissemination of performance improvement data. To ensure the delivery of quality patient services and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures. Education & Experience. Education and Experience Required: Associate's degree in healthcare related field and three (3) years of clinical experience. Certifications, Licenses, or Registration Required:Valid RN license. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Knowledge of medical management concepts, programs, and healthcare systems and processes. Knowledge of performance improvement principles and techniques. Knowledge of data collection techniques. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
