Overview A Manager, Paid Social has excelled at campaign management and execution and is a vocal and engaged leader on their client and functional teams. They have shown the ability to carry out strategy through structuring and planning as well as training and developing junior team members. Managers are direct managers of the junior team members on their account and take responsibility for guiding their growth and ensuring that the team functions most effectively and with minimal errors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. 3+ years of work experience managing online marketing/advertising accounts. Experience managing paid social campaigns for Meta, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest. Must have in-platform experience and campaign setup expertise. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company. General knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies. Polished presentation, communication, and listening skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Confidence in analyzing and acting on marketing data. Experience in paid social optimizations (proactive and reactive). Forecasting and opportunity/gap analysis. Familiarity with campaign management tools, including bid rules/management. Advanced social knowledge. Monitoring new social trends and products and evaluating their application to clients. Research tools/competitive analysis. Budget/pacing and billing. Understanding of integrated media. Awareness of industry trends. Responsibilities Drive overall paid social strategy and associated tactics to meet client's goals, working closely with the integrated media, creative, and data teams. Build partnerships and manage campaigns in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of stress tolerance. Extract and apply insights/actions from data to campaigns with strong analytical abilities. Possess strong communication skills with the ability to: Consult, educate, and negotiate with clients and agency partners. Present recommendations and ideas to clients and internal teams. Effectively merchandise successes to the client. Educate client teams on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies. Prioritize and manage priorities and ad-hoc requests to ensure timely execution and meet client expectations by the entire client team. Demonstrate appropriate judgment through proper escalation and strong problem-solving skills. Establish oneself as an expert within their functional department and client team. Identify ways to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Bring new proactive ideas to help meet client goals and grow business. Effectively manage and develop junior team members (mentoring, training, etc.). #LI-MB1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $50,000-$90,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
