Support enhancements to store systems, operational processes, and technologies that drive efficiency and compliance. Manage assigned store programs, including eligibility tracking, rollout support, communication, and post-launch follow-up. Coordinate with SSC teams to support compliance requirements and ensure operational readiness. Collaborate with Field Communications and Training teams to keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and program documentation current and aligned. Draft and manage operational communications (e.g., SOP updates, field memos, forms) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery to store teams. Maintain task management assignments, including coordination, follow-up, and reporting. Monitor and support day-to-day operational impacts related to mobile environment systems and store technology. Serve as a liaison between field operations and SSC departments to escalate and resolve issues that affect daily store execution.
