Radiation Manager
Organizes and maintains daily operations of the radiation staff. Provides leadership and guidance to the staff for Hematology-Oncology Associates' patients following established standards and practices. This position will consist of approximately 75% administrative responsibilities and 25% clinical and/or procedural duties, depending on experience.

Requirements
Knowledge of oncology, medical theory and practice.
Knowledge of radiation and imaging procedures.
Familiarity with Radiopharmaceutical handling and administration
Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations and procedures.
Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments.
Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
Skill in developing and maintaining department quality assurance.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
Ability to maintain quality control standards.
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
Ability to resolve conflict and manage situations calmly and maintain a relaxed and supportive environment.
Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Be trustworthy, take initiative and have excellent communication skills are a must.
Provide confidentiality as needed.
Minimum Bachelor's level degree.
Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in healthcare. Oncology experience is preferred.
