We are currently seeking a Manager of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & Digital Systems as part of our newly established Digital Center of Excellence.

The Manager of PLM and Digital Systems will lead initiatives to optimize recipe management and digital solutions in the PLM ecosystem. This role acts as a thought leader, collaborating with IS, Demand Creation, and Speed To Market (STM) teams to develop operating models that ensure seamless integration between PLM, ERP, and STM. You will support our PLM user community by creating training materials and providing education for R&D developers and specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-complexity recipe management projects, including co-manufactured and international efforts, ensuring alignment with Rich Products' business strategies.
  • Lead the PLM Specialist Team in the US/Canada and the Global Markets PLM analysts.
  • Champion ERP transformation efforts from the PLM perspective to facilitate integration with S4Hana.
  • Drive PLM transformation, including gap assessments and fit-for-purpose specifications.
  • Support troubleshooting across PLM, RIC, STM, and production facilities to maintain business continuity.
  • Create training materials and deliver training for the RIC organization.
  • Design and maintain effective workflows.
  • Provide expertise for M&A initiatives as a PLM system specialist.
  • Ensure proper IP and authorization for developers accessing sensitive formula and recipe data.
  • Foster a culture of innovation to enhance R&D efficiency.
  • Challenge the status quo in pursuit of technological advancements.

Qualifications To be successful, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math field and 5+ years of relevant R&D system experience.
  • Familiarity with B2B/B2C product lines and the role of R&D specifications in projects.
  • At least 2 years of management experience.
  • Experience with R&D data management and PLM ecosystems.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • The ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with significant impact.
  • Expertise in recipe management systems and their connections with PLM and ERP.
  • A strong capability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence colleagues across various levels, including senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with PLM and ERP transformations, working knowledge of SAP PLM, and global market experience are a plus.

Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while performing analytical tasks and using standard office tools.

This role is based at our WHQ in Buffalo, NY.

Compensation Rich Products Corporation offers a competitive compensation range of $106,000.00 to $159,000.00, based on experience, skills, and location.
