Allied Digestive Health is one of the largest integrated networks of gastroenterology care centers in the nation, with over 200 providers and 60 locations throughout New Jersey and New York. We are seeking a Full-Time Manager of Operations for the Metro New York City Area. This individual must be willing to drive within the assigned territory.

The Manager of Operations will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to ensure efficient onboarding and growth of practices.
  • Review management data regularly to ensure operations meet budget expectations and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Initiate process improvements within practice sites with providers and staff.
  • Work with practice administration to manage operating costs and budget.
  • Coordinate staff schedules across practice locations for optimal coverage.
  • Enhance patient, provider, and staff engagement.
  • Coach and develop practice administrators and staff.
  • Ensure clinical quality and compliance measures are implemented, monitored, and improved.
  • Manage six or more practices within a defined territory.

The Qualifications and Experience required include:

  • 5-7 years in multi-site healthcare operations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare financial management, practice accounting, reimbursement issues, patient flow, and facilities management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving passion and proactive attitude.
  • People management experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Supervisory Responsibility: Practice Administrators.
