Purpose of Your Work:

As a Network Engineering Manager, working within Redwood Supply Chain Solutions (one of our entities), you will be responsible for transforming client and prospect data into usable tools and decision support to drive growth and client retention. You will collaborate directly with clients, prospects, and the Redwood Sales and Solutions teams to develop best-in-class solutions.

Your role will help bridge the gap between our data-driven technology and clients' needs by combining your deep engineering expertise with your client-facing skills to design, implement, and communicate innovative solutions.

How You Make a Difference Every Day:

  • Collaborate with clients and prospects to gather and analyze data, using the results to create and present compelling, cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain client and prospect analytics infrastructure through Tableau, MG Edge, Excel, and OTM.
  • Use your Supply Chain and Transportation knowledge to identify opportunities to optimize solutions for our customers.
  • Review data to identify gaps, questions, and necessary actions, facilitating these with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide decision support for client projects.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing of engineering solutions and savings projects from pre-sales to onboarding, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Stay updated on technological trends and identify opportunities to enhance our solutions.
  • Occasionally respond to customer requests outside primary work hours (nights and weekends) and support weekend work when needed.
  • Foster team growth, development, and cross-team collaboration by leading by example and supporting others in challenging times.

You've Got This?

  • Bachelor's degree, passion for technology, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Full understanding of transportation modes (small parcel, LTL, TL, partial, flatbed, intermodal) and market trends.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics with client-facing engagement, solution design, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing complex technical and supply chain solutions for enterprise clients, with expertise in BI tools, network design tools, and load optimization engines.
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and integrity in work.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership by example.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, remote position Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break. Flexibility is available based on coverage needs.

Compensation Range:

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000

This position may include annual incentives based on performance. The actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.

The pay range reflects an anticipated range; actual offers depend on individual factors.
