Join our Maintenance team and oversee the planning, scheduling and preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment and mechanical systems as the Manager of Maintenance. - Oversees facility maintenance team members.
- Examines equipment and machinery to troubleshoot for defects, determines course of action for repairs, and interacts with DC team members to assure repairs are completed satisfactory.
- Makes necessary repairs, installs, and/or rebuilds equipment and machinery.
- Oversees the work order process via UpKeep system and keeps customers apprised of status of work orders.
- Monitors and ensures all inventory is accounted for in UpKeep system.
- Provides reports of completed work orders, pending work orders, preventative maintenance and budget as required.
- Able to operate all PIT's including scissor lifts.
- Inspects facilities associates' compliance to policies and procedures while at their assigned post or while conducting duties as assigned.
- Works with all areas of the Distribution Operations to understand operational processes, constraints and metrics.
- Designs solutions, configures systems, and trains peers and end users on systems to ensure 100% conformity to use.
- Collaborates with management peers and Director of Operations to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, policies, and safety procedures.
- Oversees the process documentation for areas of responsibility with SOPS.
- Performs other relevant job duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance.
- At least 4 years of leadership and management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and develop team members.
- Flexible schedule availability based on department needs.
