Position: Full time - Manager of Laboratory Services

Location: Janesville, WI

Shift: Mon to Fri - Day Shift Hours ; 24/7 Accountability

• Pay: $85,657.10 to $137,051.36 Annually

This position will assist the Lab director with overall operation of the laboratory to ensure quality laboratory services. Works with the laboratory leadership team to develop annual goals to achieve the health system goals and initiatives.

Level of Supervision

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in medical laboratory science.
• Three to five years' experience in a lab leadership position.
• Experience in a multi-hospital setting preferred.
• Lean and six sigma experience preferred.

Certification and Licensure

• ASCP certification preferred
