We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Line Manager to lead our Infrastructure Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. This role is pivotal in transforming our GRC function to become more proactive, efficient, and an enabler of audit responses. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the team. The focus will be on enhancing our proactive risk management capabilities and ensuring that audit responses are streamlined and integrated into our business-as-usual (BAU) processes.

The expected base salary ranges from $160k-$190k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
