About the DepartmentThe Graduate Programs Office in the College of Engineering (COE) is responsible for assisting Directors of Graduate Programs (and their Graduate Services Coordinators) with policies, requirements, and procedures of the Graduate School. We are charged with ensuring that all standards for accreditation are met, and with identifying new strategic opportunities, including international partnerships. Help (both financial and strategic) is given to departments to recruit new graduate students.
The Manager of Graduate Student Recruiting is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality graduate students to the College of Engineering (COE) at North Carolina State University. This role involves collaborating with departments, administrators, the graduate school, and external partners to increase applications and improve enrollment outcomes for our 19 master's and 11 doctoral programs. The manager will leverage data-driven strategies, digital marketing, and relationship-building efforts to expand the College's visibility and competitiveness on a national and international scale.
