Our client, a top-tier global private equity fund, seeks a Manager of FP&A and Digital Transformation to join their Manhattan, NY team. The role involves working closely with senior management and business leaders across large private fund portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and technical expertise, with a passion for data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact role with excellent visibility and compensation.

• Optimize data collection, financial modeling, and reporting through technology solutions.
• Act as a liaison between FP&A and technology teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Maintain and enhance financial tools like Anaplan and iLEVEL, ensuring dashboards meet business needs.
• Document business requirements clearly for effective communication and execution.
• Collaborate with tech teams to identify and implement new tools to improve FP&A functions.
• Support scaling efforts by implementing best practices across systems and processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or technology-enabled finance roles, including digital transformation, financial systems implementation, or business process automation.
• Understanding of real estate private funds operations, performance, financial modeling, and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with models in Anaplan, iLEVEL, and other financial planning/reporting platforms.
