Join Claiborne Electric Cooperative as the Manager of Engineering and lead the design, development, testing, coordination, and maintenance of the electric distribution system. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of power in a safe, efficient, and economical manner. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating electrical loading and reliability on the electric distribution system to enhance safety and service reliability for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As the Manager of Engineering, you will actively participate in reviewing distribution, sub-transmission, and transmission outage events. This will involve researching outage information, identifying patterns, and resolving power quality issues. You will be instrumental in conducting investigations, implementing mitigation strategies, and preventing future outages. Additionally, you will oversee system maintenance and expansion to support new and existing projects. Your responsibilities will include adhering to applicable policies, procedures, and standards to execute all engineering functions efficiently.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in electric distribution system design and maintenance
