Your Role Includes:

• Overseeing the performance and safety of our hemodialysis program.
• Implementing policies that ensure effective patient care.
• Leading and supervising a dedicated team of dialysis staff to provide high-quality services.
• Being the primary representative of the program to hospital management and in community outreach efforts.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team for seamless communication regarding patient care.

Qualifications:

• License or Certification:
• Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within the first year of hire.
• Preferred Certifications: CRRN.
• Experience: Minimum one year of inpatient hospital experience and dialysis nursing experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Flexible availability for various shifts as needed.
