Lucas James Talent Partners has been retained by Michael Lewis Company to assist them in their search for a Manager of Customer Success. The Manager of Customer Success will spearhead the relationships with airline partners, driving excellence and innovation across the MLCo team.
Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in ensuring the success, retention, and utmost satisfaction of our airline customers, taking on the roles of a player, coach, and manager for your dedicated team.
- Develop and execute proactive strategies to tackle risks and seize opportunities, particularly focusing on adoption, engagement, and crucial forecasting needs.
- Drive the overall success of key accounts by expertly managing your team, fostering strong relationships with customer stakeholders, maintaining open communication with internal management, and consistently delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to formulate and execute account strategies and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide expert-level feedback, analysis, and guidance to customers, leveraging insights from the analytics team to deliver timely, sophisticated, and actionable data.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to continuously enhance processes and procedures, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Play a pivotal role in contract renewal and creation processes, leveraging your expertise to negotiate favorable terms and ensure long-term partnerships.
Required Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Strong data analytics and data presentation skills. Provide guidance and solutions from what the data tells you (PowerBI or Business Intelligence tool experience is a plus!).
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routine, and standard accepted practices.
- 5+ years in account management roles
- Preferred education minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Must be willing to work on-site in McCook, IL. Hybrid schedule available at Manager's discretion after 90 days of employment.
