KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Automation & Reliability to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of strategy, roadmaps, and appropriate technology choices; stay abreast of current industry trends, best practices, tools, and technologies to keep innovation at the forefrontLead our Infrastructure as Code initiative to automate the deployment of various workplace technologies such as Cisco Codecs, Crestron Scheduling panels, Brightsign Media Players, Biamp audio devices, Samsung Displays, and morePartner with operational support teams, internal business units, and vendors to analyze products and processes, identifying areas for improvement and operational efficienciesCollaborate with product owners and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the adoption of platforms that support maximum extensibility and have the necessary application programming interface (APIs) for seamless future developmentMaintain and enhance existing code developments, ensuring they meet current standards and are optimized for performance and reliability; implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, integration, and deployment processes, ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality codeQualifications:
Minimum four years of recent experience as an automation engineer, site reliability engineer, or devops engineerBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferredExperience with Cisco RoomOS development utilizing xAPI and Macros; proficiency in Python, Java, Ansible and similarBackground with building integrations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Cvent, Salesforce; experience with Crestron control system programming; Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other M365 solutions; background with various forms of Workplace Technology and IoT solutions such as occupancy sensors, scheduling panels, digital signage and building control systems; experience working in an agile environmentDemonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamworkPossess a mindset focused on continuous improvement of processes and portfolio, enabling optimization and proactive troubleshooting, as well as remediation of any interruptions to employee experiencesMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
