Job Description

The Manager, Network Planning is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to be a part of Kraft Heinz's transformation journey. The individual will work within a team to design best-in-class end-to-end supply chain strategies for Kraft Heinz North America. This highly motivated individual will lead and support strategic decision-making by providing analysis and insights to leadership, identifying critical projects, and routines to improve network performance and costs. This role is key in driving supply chain results for the business, including identifying inefficiencies and building cross-functional collaboration initiatives across operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end supply chain planning initiatives including data management, warehouse management, transportation management, and budget management.
  • Perform analytical reviews and validation of network flows to enhance efficiency in the short to midterm.
  • Design distribution and risk mitigation strategies to deliver cost savings.
  • Own routines, develop, track, and drive results for Key Performance Indicators.
  • Influence teams through data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage projects through execution.
  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Serve as a center of excellence for network knowledge and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Critical thinking and strong analytics skills.
  • Highly motivated, curious, and well-organized.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
  • Full-time experience in supply chain, network planning, forecasting, inventory management, or operations.
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, Python, Llamasoft is a plus.
  • Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years of relevant experience.
