Description
Manage and oversee all aspects of company-owned businesses in Bagdad, including the Copper Country Bar & Grill, The Diner on Main, and the Marathon gas station. Responsible for customer service, marketing, supervision and development of staff, budgeting, sales projections, and reporting of financial results. Create and implement strategic plans for each operation.
- Oversee daily management of company-owned businesses including financial reporting, safety performance, staffing, and customer service levels.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Copper Country Bar & Grill, The Diner on Main, and the Marathon gas station to ensure customer satisfaction, business efficiency, and profitability with continuous improvement.
- Analyze data and present information to management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of operational control, quality control, health and safety, and customer service.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and service complaints.
- Control inventory levels and manage food, liquor, fuel, and labor costs, as well as business and liquor licenses.
- Develop leadership and business capabilities of business supervisors.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, coaching, and development to employees.
- Set the annual budget, review sales history, and provide feedback to sales and labor estimates based on business trends.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field, with four (4) years of related management experience; OR
- High school diploma or equivalent with eight (8) years of management experience in a full-service, casual dining restaurant.
- Ability to obtain Arizona Liquor Law Basic Certificate of Completion, complete the Title 4 (Arizona Liquor Law) Management Training Course, and obtain the Management Certificate of Completion.
- High levels of personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid relationship management and performance management skills.
- Strong writing and documentation skills.
- Passion and commitment to guest service.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management.
What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $73,500-$101,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other factors. The role is eligible for additional incentive payments based on performance.
