Ensure proposal bills of material are properly costed for successful proposal submissions. Audit costed BOMs to ensure completeness. Evaluate forecasts and identify vulnerabilities.

Lead material proposal activities, manage the Pricing Department, develop pricing strategies, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, interface with auditors, and support staff development. Prepare policies, maintain SOPs, develop pricing databases, and advise senior management on pricing matters.

• Bachelor's degree + 7+ years in government contracting, supervisory experience or equivalent
• Leadership skills, knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS, and contract types
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office
