Manager, Manufacturing - Curtiss-Wright Corporation : Job Details

Manage departmental workflow to ensure that internal and external customer due dates are met. Communicate effectively and within a timely manner with all customers, ensuring on time delivery. Develop solutions for testing issues that may arise while keeping customers informed and satisfied. Facilitate cross-departmental communications to support integrated testing and client satisfaction. Support hiring, onboarding, and processing of new employees in collaboration with human resources and department leadership. Shift and deploy new and existing employees according to the needs of the department. Ensure quality compliance, provide support for audits and work with the Quality Department to write and implement corrective actions. What You Bring Bachelors or masters in Mechanical Engineering or similar with related experience 2-3 years of managerial experience. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
