Manager Learning and Development - Lifespan Health System : Job Details

The Manager of Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for building and implementing an integrated learning framework that supports the development of critical competencies and skills needed for success at Brown University Health. The framework will be made up of relevant, effective and scalable professional, management and leadership development solutions, leveraging instructional methods, formats and technologies that best meet learner needs and program objectives. The Manager of L&D leads a team of experienced Learning & Development specialists. This role requires a strategic thinker and organized executor, with a track record of managing a portfolio of Learning & Development programs and passion for building an engaged and high-performing team. This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of 3 days in the Brown University Health headquarters in Providence RI.
