What You'll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and support a team of service providers and sales associates

• Create a positive clinic culture where employees feel valued and guests feel cared for

• Set goals and coach your team to meet membership, service, and retail targets

• Guide operational excellence, including scheduling, deposits, inventory, and compliance

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care

• Collaborate with your franchisee and support team to drive performance and growth

Who You Are:

• A motivating leader with experience in management and sales

• Passionate about team building, customer service, and delivering results

• Skilled at having tough conversations in a respectful and constructive way

• Experienced in spa, salon, gym, retail, or other personal service industries (preferred, but not required)

• Organized, proactive, and energized by helping others succeed
