Job Summary

Urban Air Adventure Park is gearing up to ACTIVATE AWESOME. We are seeking a highly-motivated candidate to support our vision. In this role, the Manager motivates, instills accountability, and achieves results to drive success while maintaining our Culture of Activating Awesome! This role provides leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while directing the team and ensuring all staff perform at a high level.
  • Assist in hiring, retention, coaching, discipline; ensure staff training programs are executed effectively.
  • Develop weekly schedules and ensure staffing levels meet business needs and maximize customer experience.
  • Lead and influence staff through motivation, leveraging individual strengths for customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Select and develop staff and trainers for increased responsibility or internal promotion.
  • Ensure execution of employee recognition and incentive programs.
  • Assist with inventory management and expense control.
  • Oversee all aspects of operations including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property inspections.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to Urban Air standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality preferred (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, Restaurants).
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or management experience.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Must embody the Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion mindset.
  • Proven ability to develop team members.
  • Professional, energetic, self-motivated, positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Maintain professional grooming and conduct.
  • Ability to interact enthusiastically with others.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and enthusiasm for the business.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to build relationships with employees, management, and vendors.
  • Good judgment in decision-making.
  • Appreciation for diversity.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
