UAS Range Manager – Leading Unmanned Flight Test Operations

Our client, a nationally recognized unmanned aircraft test range based in Oregon, is seeking a UAS Range Manager to lead a high-profile, city-owned testing operation. You'll oversee day-to-day range activities, ensure FAA and regulatory compliance, lead a skilled team, and serve as the main point of contact for both government and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily UAS flight test operations and customer coordination
• Oversee compliance with FAA regulations and airspace management
• Lead a team of UAS professionals and drive operational safety
• Support business development and range expansion

Ideal Profile:

• Deep experience in UAS or aerospace flight testing (military, defense, or commercial)
• Strong knowledge of FAA rules, airspace coordination, and range safety
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Bachelor's in aerospace, aviation, or equivalent experience preferred
