Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, managing systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

Guest Service Department Managers ensure great customer experience, organize service areas, and oversee promotions and staff training.

Kitchen Department Managers ensure quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and staff training.

People Department Managers handle hiring, training, scheduling, and team motivation.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
