Manager, IT Solution DeliveryAs the Manager, IT Solution Delivery for Supply Chain at Mosaic, you'llmanage the successful design, delivery and ongoing sustainment of Mosaic's Supply Chain Planning and related solutions. This role will work closely with Supply Chain leaders, Product Owners, IT Partners, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders to develop solutions based on business priorities. This is a key role within Mosaic as the company undergoes a digital transformation initiative to deliver global capabilities and visibility across a common set of platforms and applications.

Where You Will Work:
This is a semi- remote position where you'll work 1-3 times monthly in our FishHawk office (located at 3830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, FL ) . You can expect to spend ~10 % of your time traveling both domestically and internationally .
What You'll Do:
Application Delivery
Lead the delivery and design of complex Supply Chain related projects across Mosaic that deliver value to the business as well as foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain application and integration architectures that articulate the technical roadmaps of Mosaic Supply Chain solutions, including 3rd Party Providers.
Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to define the overall solution architecture and design technical solutions while consulting with supporting groups such as Information Security, Network Engineering, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture to drive consensus and approval.
Ensure Agile methodologies are being followed while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures.
Serve as the primary resource for any issues, roadblocks, and risks and hold responsibility for their resolution.
Effectively create and deliver presentations and reports to management team, communicating product and/or initiative status.
Work toward a balance between growing the agility required to achieve business objectives and ensuring the core IT functions are reliable, stable, and efficient.
Stakeholder Interaction
Build and maintain relationships with assigned business groups and IT colleagues to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs and responds with agility to changing business priorities
Work and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and contacts to foster a business-oriented culture to ensure alignment between IT and the business functions and to directly contribute to Mosaic's goals and objectives.
Lead, develop and coach the assigned Application Delivery team in order to continually improve IT capabilities necessary to increase performance of the organization. Provide timely and constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles and the business. Manage performance issues when necessary. Work with employees on their career development plans.
Lead the team to adopt agile development methodologies to deliver required services to the business.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
8+ years of combined experience in working with Supply Chain related solutions.
5+ years of hands ‐ on project experience in the design, development, and delivery of Supply Chain Planning solutions.
5+ years of working with Supply Chain Planning applications; preferably with o9 Solutions, SAP APO and/or SAP IBP.
Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, and Production Planning concepts (multiple Business segments including Production and Distribution)
Understanding of Supply Chain, Operation and Execution with related processes and technologies such as Order Management, Transportation Management (including rail, vessel, barges, and trucks), Freight Forwarding (import & export), and Warehouse Management applications.
Proven in defining solution strategies, building business cases, analyzing systems requirements, developing process maps and swim lanes, designing, and prototyping solutions, defining testing requirements, defining support procedures, and implementing technical solutions.
Ability to provide oversight across multiple initiatives or projects.
Bonus Points if You Have:
Experience with an Agile operating model.
Knowledge and understanding of transportation localizations for North America and Brazil, which may include experience with integrating with shop floor applications (such as production supervisor systems, weight scales systems, rail & truck operation systems) .
