KPMG is seeking a Manager, Information Security Innovation Accelerator Engineer to join our Global Technology & Knowledge Group, part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure continuous improvement to Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) processes and technology through automation.
  • Support the Innovation Lead and liaise with KPMG teams, stakeholders, and vendors to design and set up activities at various stages of technical projects.
  • Install, manage, maintain, and support GSOC technologies across multiple environments including physical Data Centers, Azure public cloud, and O365.
  • Monitor systems, identify and resolve issues, prepare status reviews and reports, and maintain documentation of system designs, builds, and modifications.
  • Coordinate and deliver user training and training materials.
    • Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience automating security workflows using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash; at least three years of experience with query languages like KQL; and three years working as a Security Engineer or in a SOC environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in information security or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer.
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms, SIEM tools, automation, Azure Security technologies (Azure Sentinel, Logic Apps), and expertise in scripting languages (Python, KQL).
  • Deep understanding of incident response, threat detection, and security principles.
  • Proven experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
