KPMG is seeking a Manager, Information Security Innovation Accelerator Engineer to join our Global Technology & Knowledge Group, part of KPMG International.
Responsibilities:
Ensure continuous improvement to Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) processes and technology through automation.Support the Innovation Lead and liaise with KPMG teams, stakeholders, and vendors to design and set up activities at various stages of technical projects.Install, manage, maintain, and support GSOC technologies across multiple environments including physical Data Centers, Azure public cloud, and O365.Monitor systems, identify and resolve issues, prepare status reviews and reports, and maintain documentation of system designs, builds, and modifications.Coordinate and deliver user training and training materials.Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience automating security workflows using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash; at least three years of experience with query languages like KQL; and three years working as a Security Engineer or in a SOC environment.Bachelor's degree in information security or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer.Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms, SIEM tools, automation, Azure Security technologies (Azure Sentinel, Logic Apps), and expertise in scripting languages (Python, KQL).Deep understanding of incident response, threat detection, and security principles.Proven experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.KPMG offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits.
