Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Functional SAP Integration!

In this role, we are looking for a manager with SAP functional expertise including data reconciliation and UAT support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and identify discrepancies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations, improving operational efficiency and enhancing strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

SAP Integration Support:

  • Collaborate with the SAP integration team to support System Integration Testing (SIT) cycles and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Provide support post Go-Live, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption to day-to-day activities
  • Perform data reconciliations to ensure mock data loads are accurate and meet expectations, while investigating and resolving any discrepancies identified during the process.

Accounts Payable (AP) Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day AP operations, including reconciling vendor invoices and resolving escalations related to late payments.
  • Perform data reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and timely processing.

Documentation and Process Improvement:

  • Develop and document desktop procedures for data reconciliation processes.
  • Create standardized workflows for AP and SAP-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the accounting manager to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, with familiarity in AP processes and intercompany transactions.
  • Experience with SAP, including data reconciliation and UAT support.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to handle manual and non-standard processes based on provided frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and workflows for future reference.
  • Able to be self-directed and work independently to meet and exceed goals

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Familiarity with client intercompany and IBS processes

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $84,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
