The Manager of FP&A will deliver value through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This is an ideal role for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the WOS US Controller, the Manager FP&A will work closely with the Director of FP&A to ensure timely completion of all weekly and monthly reporting. The role offers an opportunity to collaborate with the global finance team based in the UK.

The Manager FP&A will enhance reporting from the ERP system (Diaspark), working with internal super users and external consultants. They will also track sell-through data at department stores and retailers to anticipate trends affecting financial forecasts.

This position allows influence over the brand's vision and business growth through advanced financial modeling and analytics. It is a high-impact, high-visibility role involving direct interaction with senior leaders and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, planning, and forecasting. Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, market research, and prepare financial presentations aligned with strategic goals.
  • Dashboard Creation & Management: Build and maintain financial dashboards, automate reporting, and interpret data requirements.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Liaise between US and UK finance teams, present results to management, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and participate in related projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience; 8-10+ years in financial reporting and analysis.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue modeling, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP/Diaspark and SAP BW is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
Salary $140-175k based on experience.Additional Details
