Financial Planning and Analysis Oversight

Oversees small line of business level financial planning and analysis, including policy, process, tools, training, and staffing. Provides hiring, promotion, and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.

Nationality Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

Job Description

Manages financial analysis projects and statistical studies. Provides key financial analysis and leadership reports by managing various monthly reporting processes. Offers guidance on investment and project decisions. Ensures that project and department milestones and goals are met, including adherence to approved budgets.

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of related experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience.
