Manager FP&AThe Manager of FP&A will deliver value through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis This is an ideal role for a finance professional, who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be a motivated, high-potential performer with demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize deliverables, and support cross-functional collaboration.Reporting to the WOS US Controller, the Manager FP&A will also work closely with the Director of FP&A to ensure all weekly and monthly reporting is completed within the required timelines and parameters. In addition, the Manager FP&A will have the opportunity to work with the global finance team headquartered in the UK.The Manager FP&A will work to enhance reporting generated from the ERP system (Diaspark) by working closely with both internal super users and external consultants. He/she will work to systemically track sell through data at department stores and other retailers to properly anticipate trends that will impact the financial forecast.This role will have the opportunity to influence the vision of the Brand and will help grow the business through advanced financial modeling and business analytics.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role interacting directly with senior leaders and executives.Key Responsibilities

• Financial Forecasting and Budgeting:
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support annual budgeting, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts and weekly outlook.
• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document relevantfinancial highlights to enable management to determine progress againstbudgets/forecast/outlook.
• Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in forecasting accuracy.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• In support of the CFO, conduct variance analysis on financial results, providing insightsinto business drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Completes market research and comparable company analysis.
• Collaborate with US Controller and UK team to prepare and review financialpresentations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Understand business drivers, what is important to analyze, and be able to concisely communicate both verbally and visually the critical business insights.
• Dashboard Creation & Management:
• Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards to visualize real-time financial data and provide actionable insights for business leaders.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Serve as a key liaison between U.S. Roberto Coin and Hodinkee businesses and U.K. finance teams, ensuring consistent communication and reporting across regions.
• Present financial results and forecasts to senior management, providing clear explanations of variances and business trends.
• Escalates any financial issues to management.
• Partner with WOS US finance team to develop financial plans that support the overall business strategy for the US region.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and tools.
• Lead or participate in projects to streamline workflows and improve the quality and timeliness of financial information.
• Assists with other assignments and/or special projects as requested.
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in related industry preferred
• Minimum of 8-10+ years of financial reporting and analysis experience

Knowledge And Skills

• Creation of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Experience building revenue models (volume, price, product mix, etc.).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup, and logical functions) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Highly analytical, independent thinker
• Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills
• Strong accounting skills and understanding of GAAP (understanding of IFRS would be a plus)
• Experience in audit or working with external auditors a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a high level of self-motivation to drive activities to closure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Robust system acumen (SAP/Diaspark preferred) including multi-dimensional reporting tools (SAP BW preferred)
• Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Salary $140-175k based on experience
